In the Visible Storage, the MAS presents the story of Antwerp’s Chinatown, with unique personal photographs, objects and stories from several generations of Chinese in the city.

Antwerp has been designated European Capital of Sport 2013. For a period of one calendar year, 'Sporting MAS' is bringing together sport and culture in the ‘boulevard’ at the MAS.

At the walls and vitrines, all texts are in Dutch only. But there are various possibilities to obtain the room texts (and even more information) in English when you visit the museum.
Eleven of the sixteen MAS museum cranes, the largest museum collection of port cranes in the world, can be found on the Scheldt quay.
On Thursday evenings, one theme at the MAS can be viewed until 21:00 hrs.
